    • In my other conversations with Heather, the binge eating was something she focused on first. She knew she needed to understand that because that was the source of her struggles with the weight gain. Binges may have still occurred as she lost weight over that long period afterwards but that was more her period of recovery from binge eating. It was a long process she said but something she was dedicated to working on.
